In case you wish to send us manuscripts and to ensure that your works are handled properly and to avoid misunderstandings, we would like to inform you about our handling of unsolicited manuscripts.

 

Please send us your manuscripts in digital form only to the following email address: jt@flutefilm.com. We do not accept physical submissions.

 

We reserve the right to read and archive the texts submitted to us, unless you expressly object to their storage. In this aspect and as far as we take note of your text, we would like to point out that we treat the works submitted to us confidentially. For the time being, they will be viewed only by our staff and close partners involved in the review and evaluation of the manuscripts.

 

It is important to note that Flute Film GmbH assumes no liability for unsolicited manuscripts. This is especially true for possible duplications in creation or content that happens to be similar to what we are already working on. Flute Film GmbH is constantly working with a variety of different materials, some of which are developed further and some of which are eventually filmed. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that – even if we do not know the content of the material you sent us because we have not read it – future productions may, in your opinion, have similarities to the material you sent us. We therefore recommend that you ensure that your work is clearly distinguished from existing projects before submitting it.

 

If you wish your texts to be deleted after review, please let us know in your submission and we will respect your wish.
